Install FIX notes:
1. extract rar-s to get an iso-> rld-sshd.iso
2. Mount with deamon tools or poweriso
3. on the desktop create map with random name )
4. from the mounted iso copy the files into the newly created map/folder (copy-paste)
5. download the provided Install FIX
6. unrar phoenix.exe into the newly created map/folder

8. run phoenix.exe
9. click on instruments->SID unpacker
10. click on scan a SIM-file
11. choose Serious Sam HD The First Encounter_disk1.simfrom the map
12. mark the files

14. click unpack and create a new map with name SSHD (in my case)
15. at the end all is left to do is to copy the three files from the CRACK dir SamHD.exe,serious.DLL, steam_api.dll into newly created map SSHD-> Bin
